Sydney, a senior from Knoxville, TN, is majoring in finance, mathematics, and economics and minoring in social innovation & leadership. Before becoming the Committee Head for Aerospace, Defense, and Transportation, she spent 4 semesters as an analyst with the Industrials, Transportation, and Energy Committee and 2 semesters as the VP of External Affairs. Sydney has pursued a variety of summer internship experiences that include working with Regions Financial’s Internal Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy Planning Group in Birmingham, AL, JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s High Yield Corporate Bond Sales & Trading team in New York, NY, and with Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. She looks forward to returning to Morgan Stanley full time after graduation. In her free time, Sydney enjoys practicing yoga and living by Mary Roach’s wise words – “Hey, whatever!”

Aaron is a senior from Hinsdale, IL, studying studying Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Mathematical Statistics. This is his 5th semester in the group, and he currently sits in the AD&T committee. This past summer, Aaron interned in Atlanta at PNC bank as a Treasury Management Summer Analyst. Aaron hopes to leverage his engineering education and financial experiences to make YUGE amounts of money after graduation.

William is a senior from Wilmington, NC, studying aerospace engineering and minoring in history. He currently sits with the Aerospace, Defense, and Transportation committee. He spent the last summer working for the Remote Sensing Center at the University of Alabama designing radar systems for snow level detection. Passionate about engineering and business, William hopes to eventually pursue consulting or upper level management in an aerospace engineering firm.

This past summer she worked as a research intern with Vulcan Value Partners in Birmingham, AL, and she is looking forward to working as an investment banking summer analyst with Moelis in NYC following her junior year. In her free time, Johanna enjoys skiing, reading, drinking coffee, and watching Premier League soccer.

He brings previous work experience in consulting, government contracting, and private growth equity to the Aerospace, Defense, and Transportation Committee. Sam hopes to pursue a career in Management Consulting after graduation and continue to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. In his free time, Sam enjoys aviation, backpacking, and wake surfing.
