Carter, President of CIMG, is a senior from Bentonville, AR. He is completing a major in finance and looks forward to starting full time with Barclays as an Equity Research analyst. While Carter enjoys reading and playing golf, his passion lies with the Atlanta Braves and his dream job would be to join them as General Manager.
Sam is a senior civil engineering major with minors in structural engineering and mathematics. His CIMG tenure is concluding as he sits as VP of Research. For the past two summers, Sam has worked as a Wealth Management Summer Analyst for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst for Stifel where he looks forward to continuing full time. His dream job would include a starting goalie position for the Chicago Blackhawks.
Daniel is a senior from Birmingham, AL, majoring in electrical engineering and mathematics and minoring in computer science. He has had the honor of working with CIMG for the past five semesters and now represents the organization as VP of Portfolio Management. Following his sophomore year, Daniel interned with Lockheed Martin’s Software Operations team. He then decided to pursue management consulting and joined West Monroe Partners’ Energy team as a 2018 summer analyst. When not managing the CIMG portfolio, Daniel enjoys playing disc golf and jazz music.
Olivia is a junior from Upper Arlington, OH, majoring in accounting and on track to complete a Masters of Accounting. She has worked extensively with the Retail & Consumer committee and now sits as VP of Internal Affairs. This past summer, Olivia had the opportunity to intern with Barclays’ Internal Audit group in New York, NY. She looks forward to a new adventure in Charlotte, NC, full time while working with Deloitte's Strategy & Operations Consulting Services department. Outside of accounting, Olivia’s interests include running half marathons, volunteering through the LIFT program, and attending Taylor Swift concerts.
Sydney, a junior from Knoxville, TN, is majoring in finance, mathematics, and economics and minoring in social innovation & leadership. After spending her last 4 semesters with the Industrials, Transportation, & Energy committee, Sydney now sits as VP of External Affairs for the Group. Sydney has pursued variety of summer internship experiences that include working with Regions Financial’s Internal Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy Planning Group in Birmingham, AL, and JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s High Yield Corporate Bond Sales & Trading team in New York, NY. She looks forward to starting at Morgan Stanley as a 2019 Investment Banking Summer Analyst. In her free time, Sydney enjoys practicing yoga and living by Mary Roach’s wise words – “Hey, whatever!”
