Reid Blackmon, a Junior from Rome, GA, is studying Finance, Economics, and Management Information Systems at the Capstone. Reid currently sits as Committee Head of TMT and has spent 5 semesters in the group. Reid spent his freshman summer studying economics abroad in Eastern Europe, and interned last summer at Arlington Capital Advisors. This summer he will be a 2021 Investment Banking Summer Analyst with Morgan Stanley. In his free time, Reid enjoys live music, podcasts, reading, and pondering the nature of existence.
Cory is a rising senior set to graduate in May 2022. He is in the Engineering College studying Computer Science. Currently, he is a Data Science Intern at Vulcan Value Partners, working on training machine learning, natural language processing modules to analyze North American companies. In his free time, Cory is at the Sigma Chi fraternity house, reading, and learning new technologies.
Michael is from Trophy Club, Texas. He is a junior studying Finance and Mathematics and plans to graduate in May 2023. In his free time, he enjoys playing with the Men’s Club Volleyball Team, playing piano, guitar, and going out golfing.
Judson is a Sophomore from Maryville, TN majoring in Finance and Economics. He is entering his 3rd semester as a member of CIMG and is a current analyst for the TMT committee. Judson has hopes of pursuing a career in Investment Banking. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and watching professional sports.
Tux is a senior from Louisville, KY. He is studying Mathematics & Economics and is on the STEM path to MBA. Previously, he interned in Washington, D.C. for Congressman Trey Hollingsworth. He worked closely with the House Financial Services Committee focusing on banking, regulation, and mergers. In his free time, Tux enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with friends.
Carter Murray is a new member of CIMG from Marblehead, Massachusetts. She is a sophomore studying Accounting with a minor in Spanish. She currently interns at a global nonprofit organization called Stone & Compass and creates sustainable projects. In her free time, Carter enjoys playing lacrosse, traveling, and spending time with friends.
Drew is a sophomore from Dallas, TX, majoring in Computer Engineering and Mathematics and is on the STEM Path to the MBA. During Drew’s first semester at UA, he participated in Crimson Startup: an NSF I-Corps sponsored entrepreneurial program that helps students bring new ideas, research, or technology to the open market. Outside of academics, Drew is an avid viola player and is a member of UA’s Huxford Symphony orchestra.
